We are slowly approaching the end of our line-up additions. Today, we once again bring a mixture of two international bands and one home act. As we know that uncompromising death metal is always welcomed on the premises of Gothoom festival, we are pretty sure that a dose of it imported from Norway will find its enthusiastic fans. A band, created by Død and Tchort in 1998 has gone a long way, endured member changes, but never stopped for a second. We are of course talking about BLOOD RED THRONE. They are always delivering the most crushing riffs and unsettling atmosphere and this april, they will have been doing so for the 8th studio album. It will be named "Union of Flesh and Machine", which pretty much describes their music. We can only look forward to the live version of it.
TOTEM will have a shorter track to the festival, from Polish Bukowno. Very raw and agressive, but at the same time very catchy metal which balances on the edges of thrash, death and groove. In their middle there is the singer Weronika "Wera" Zbieg, also known for her growling with techdeathers Sceptic. This will be a refreshing moment whether there will be proper summer heat, or a chilling mountain weather will step in.
From death metal through thrash/death, we will wander to pure thrash. Delivered by MAJSTER KAT, a long-runner of Bratislava metal scene. They didn't manage to release that many albums as our aforementioned Norwegian guests, but that is not the most important thing. That is, of course, quality and that's something these guys posses. Razorsharp thrash with strong melodies and guitar hooks.
